... bedanken möchte ich mich bei allen Probestickerinnen!

Ich bin nicht besonders gut im Finden der richtigen Wörter, darum sag ich einfach wie dankbar ich für den Einsatz ungezählter Stunden an Stick- und Nähmaschine bin und wie sehr ich mich jedes Mal über die witzigen Ideen und liebevollen Ergebnisse freue! DANKE!

Die große Resonanz auf die Stickserie Sommervögel hat mich übrigens ziemlich überwältigt. Ich weiß gar nicht, was ich dazu sagen soll ...

I am not so good in finding the right words, so let me just say how grateful I am for countless hours at embroidery and sewing machines and what a special pleasure the great ideas and lovely results are! THANK YOU!

By the way I was overwhelmed by the great resonance of the embroidery collection Summer Birdies.

Vögel mit Sonne als Redwork mit (Stickmaschinen-)Baumwollgarn gestickt, und zwar laaangsam, denn sonst ist die Maschine ratzfatz zugestaubt. Birdies with Sun as Redwork embroidered with (Machine embroidery) cotton thread – stitched slowly because otherwise the machine instantly gets covered with dust.

Eine ... äh ... technische Sache muss ich noch loswerden.

Es steht zwar auch in den Datenblättern, die es zu den Stickdateien gibt, aber Gebrauchsanweisungen sind ja nicht jedermanns Lieblingslektüre ;-)

ALSO: Bei allen Stickmotiven mit Sonne (bis auf den Applibutton und die "Vögel mit Sonne" für den kleinen Rahmen) habe ich als "letzte Stickung" ein schlichtes und nicht besonders dekoratives Viereck vorgesehen. Dies soll als kleine Positionierhilfe dienen, wenn dort später mittig eine Öse, ein Druckknopf oder ein Zierknopf hinkommen soll.

Wenn man das nicht braucht/möchte, weil die Stickerei pur auch ganz schön ist, dann BITTE DEN LETZTEN STICKGANG (=letzte Farbe) WEGLASSEN. Kann natürlich jeder machen wie er möchte, ich will nur keine Klagen hören ;-)

It's written on the threadlist sheets which come with the embroidery files, but not everyone loves to read these instructions ;-)

On all motifs that include the sun (except the Button appliqué and the "Birdies with Sun" for the small hoop) I added at last a small square not very decorative. This is to help you find the centre in case you intend to add a eyelet, a snap or a button to embellish.

In case you don't want to add on something else PLEASE DROP THE LAST STITCHING (=last color). Of course you can do what you want but I don't want to hear any complaints ;-)
